Report:  All the reels are in good condition, and have steel inserts at the center Hole for the reel trailer bars. The cable was manufactured by Alcoa Fujikura Limited (AFL). The sheaths have 3 PE jackets and 1 layer of kevlar, with 2 layers of buffer tubes wrapped in a R.O.L. configuration (9 tubes, Blue Yellow, in the first wrap, 15 tubes, Violet - Dash/Aqua outside) around a P.E coated GRP central strength member. There are good ripcords incorporated within the layers, facilitating preparation. There are 24 buffer tubes of 18 fibers to each tube, the 13th-18th fibers marked approx every 6” with black dots for identification. There is a light flooding (moisture block) inside the sheath.

Based on the AFL part Number (AN432HIO31CB0), the glass is Corning, SMF-28, single mode fiber, with a max. loss of .35db/km @ 1310nm, and .25db/km @ 1550nm.
