Wafa will be attending CABSAT 2009

Over the past few years, the Middle East region has seen many developments in the Electronic Media and Communications industry.

The progressive liberalisation of communications in the Middle East and the growth of Satellite internet access has stimulated commercial growth and spurred investment substantially.

The annual CABSAT event in Dubai provides people with the opportunity to meet personally with one another and to see VSAT equipment first hand and discuss its use. The recent CABSAT events in 2006, 2007 and 2008 have been well supported.

Last year, 2008, there were 650 companies Represented 650, International 546 (84%) and local 104 (16%).  Attendance was 9,356 visitors, from over 100 countries.
