According to our profound experience that generally, in Africa, there are mainly two types of regulations for importing satellite antenna dishes of customs clearance. one is Cargo Tracking Note called ECTN(ELECTRONIC CARGO TRACKING NOTE) or BESC(BORDEREAU DE CARGAISON) in French version and the other is Product Conformity called PVOC or COC(CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY). If the goods arrive at the destination port without a valid certificate, the goods will not be cleared normally. And the buyer will bear the risk of high fines or even return shipment. That means you need to cooperate the agency to arrange the goods inspection and provide related documents accordingly.

SGS provides our company with the Pre-shipment Evaluation of Conformity (PECAE) service for exporting to Cameroon. As a service agency authorized by the Cameroon Quality and Standards Authority (ANOR), SGS can issue a Certificate of Conformity (Attestation de Conformité, referred to as AC Certificate).
