Please find your location - latitude and longitude  - you may be able to find it yourself on page https://www.satsig.net/maps/lat-long-finder.htm

Please ask your service provider which satellite you are supposed to receive signals from.  What is the name of the satellite and the orbit position?   Also ask the downlink carrier frequency, polarisation, symbol rate, FEC coding and PID codes etc.

Find the satellite using https://www.satsig.net/ssazelm.htm

Tune your receiver card using the carrier data provided by your service provider.  You will probably also have to load some software from the service provider.  In my experience it helps if your PC has a clean operating system installation to start with.

One-way satellite internet access is the least expensive way of a getting broadband downlink service.  The problem is that unless it involves a separate box like https://www.satsig.net/beyondsl.htm with a relatively trouble free etherent connection, then the customers may have problems installing the receiver PC board and software configuration etc and attempting to sort out these queries will cost more than the charge for providing the service.

Best regards, Eric.

Hi thanks a lot Eric for you reply.

We have a lock on the satellite that is providing service. We are using a DVB Card to receive and a dialup line to uplink.

We are provided with an IP address and we need to send all requests to that IP via our land line.

Here is were we need your help. Hope somebody is able to lead us to a solution.

With Regards,
Gokul

I don't understand.   Requests from you to the internet normally go (via a DNS lookup) direct to servers, which are all over the place, each with their own IP addresses.   Maybe the IP address you were given should be set as the return path to you.

What instructions have you from the service provider ?

I suggest you contact the service provider.  Hopefully others here will give their suggestions also.

Best regards, Eric.
