Quebec is 46.8 deg North and 71.3 deg west.

What satellite do you want your central LNB to point at ?

Use the calculator at https://www.satsig.net/ssazelm.htm to set the elevation and polarisation angles for that satellite using the central LNB.  Then swing the dish to line up on that satellite.  The outer pair of LNBs will then need individual attention, while leaving the dish itself and the central LNB fixed.

All the satellites lie in a curved arc across the sky.  If your central satellite is due south then the outer LNBs will be both slightly up and about level with each other.  If the central satellite is to the south west then the easterly LNB will be up higher and the westerly LNB will be lower down.  The east LNB will see the west satellite.  The west satellite is lower down.

Best regards, Eric.

Elevation angle is the up/down angle relative to the horizontal plane.  Use the scale on the back bracket.  0 is towards the horizon. 90 is straight up and 45 deg half way.

Polarisation is the feed (and possibly the whole antenna) rotation angle.   The starting position (0 deg) in your case is with the feed assembly level.  Then turn it the required polarisation angle, clockwise to the right, while facing the satellite.  This may well cause the outer LNBs to be in approximately the correct positions.

The satellites lie in a line sloping down towards the south west.

Use the https://www.satsig.net/ssazelm.htm calculator with input parameters:
Satellite longitude = -109
Site longitude = -73
Site latitude = 45

Take care, don't fall off the ladder or drop tools on people.

Best regards, Eric
