Post by mysatcompany on Jan 7th, 2007 at 6:04pm
My lSP can't me transmit.  Everything is fine.
Modem locked on satellite.
Cables good working condition.
What is the command to reset linkstar to default configuration?
Thanks.

Check that you have put in the correct boot parameters.
see for example:
https://www.link-sat.net/linkstar-command-pconf.htm
Read every item and compare with the line you were given to type in.

If you have rx= fast flashing green and have a BER like 0.0001, it is ready to be commissioned.  Speak with the hub and they will send a message over the satellite to the LinkStar RSCT modem to start the process.

They may give you a special line to type in to do uplink cross-polarisation measurements.  Get under the feed arm to make very small feed rotation adjustments if requested.  The hub needs time to make each measurement, so be patient between each movement.

Best regards, Eric.

Dont go so far, after testing PCR and cpid parameters and you still dont succeed, take a multimeter and measure -at the cable end entering into the buc- if you are receiving 15V and above voltage. If not, just check your RG6 connector, or even the buc
