please help me to explain and advice about my problem here :
i have 2 site (seperate place ) that using a downstream via satellite and upstream via Local teresterial.
the problem was happen only at  1st site with  downstream issue on receiver DVB pc server.

here the capture on monitoring signal at 1st dvb receiver server that having problem with the internet trafic ( unstable internet trafic, never peak to maximum bandwidth) - using linux redhat and broadlogic DVB pci-card.

1st Server ( having a problem with internet trafic )

in both capture text, there's a deferent :
- normal receiver  (2nd) the Noise ratio is allways appear.
- problem receiver (1st) the Noise ratio is not appear.  altough the the signal level is better then 2nd receiver ,
 although some time appear, but in long periode time.
 
can any one can help me here ? to explain why this
happen ?

fyi, both site using same LNB, Cable, dish size and type.

and what  the meaning of the LNB offset on the capture ?
