Is the modem unlocked and how much is postage to the uk, Also i tried to bid but it will not let me as you need to change your ebaysetting to sell the item to europe or world wide

I will find out about postage to UK
the modem was linked to the Satlynx network (modem locked???)
I will also find out about my ebaysettings

I couldn't manage with the preferences within ebay.de for foreign buyers, I am not sure, if you have to be registered with ebay.de
May you have a hint  where to go within myebay!?

On ebay you will have to go to edit your advert then in the section near postage section then change shiping to worldwide
