Check www.future-b.eu.  Good coverage using one of THE best platforms available today, iDirect.  They offer VoIP too!

Gilat ?
Surfbeam ?
tell me more...
etc...

And best for what ?  Domestic home user ?  Business use ?

Best for the service provider (easy to operate and high profits) ?
Best for the customer (good value for money) ?

We have scope for a good debate here...

Here is a controversal comment to get you started....

I think the platform has little to do with 'best', I think it is the skill of the operators and the customers to set the equipment up properly that matters as far as technical operation goes.

In shared systems, your amount of upload/download will be much affected by the number of people sharing and the effectiveness of the fair access policy.
