Title: Connect Africa
Post by debello on Dec 2nd, 2007 at 7:08pm
We are know unlike in America and Europe where there are cheap, reliable and easy access to internet for an individual and businesses all because the providers believe not in how much but how many.
The volume of end user do really matter in Telecom business and for high volume of end users, the services must be good.
Most IT companies in Africa are in business mainly to exploit, less consideration is put into customer satisfaction. Most of the problem has also been from licensing. It is hard and expensive to acquire operational license in Africa.
Our Organization is setup to help any company or an individual who can guarantee reliable and cheap telecom services in Africa. It is all about Africans!

I do not consider internet cost start at 17 cents (25 Nigerian Naira) per hour exploiting Africans.

contact info@hook-me-up.biz.

HookMeUp (HMU) is a broadband service provider we offer VSAT and Wi-Fi hardware, satellite and terrestrial bandwidth services and global customer support.

You can also for more information about what is avaialble in Africa. Pass on to you contacts if you looking for affordable broadband access.

For those interested in contention ratios.

HookMeUp

at 2Mbps the contention is 25:1

at 512Kbps the contention ratio is 5:1

PAYG bandwidth-on-demand will offer dedicated bandwidth on 85% of all user requests.  So contention ratios exist but our statiscal records show that 85% of user request access the full bandwidth spectrum.

Pay-As-You-Go Broadband - Just like GSM only cheaper!

get on board  ask for references.
