Title: Hughes will bring out Mesh HX modem Q4
Post by A.Walker on Feb 22nd, 2008 at 3:32pm
Hughes will bring out an advanced HX260 modem in Q4 of this year , this modem contains the return channel modulators and will require no special set up at the HUB .  Looks like an exciting challenge to other manufactures from the HX stable and will complement the existing HX family .

Might that be in any way related to the HN9000 series that's being rolled out here in North America next month?

The new HX 260 is aimed at the HX DVBS2 platform and has some new technology where the modem contains the retrun channel modulators .
