Do you have a TAC login or an iSupport agreement with iDirect Technologies?

You have to pay for it as part of an iSupport agreement. Does your S-ISP use 8.2.2? If so, you should be able to get that pkg file from them. I doubt you will find 8.2.2 software hanging on the www.

If their network (your network) is running iDS 8.2.2 they more than likely have it.....as it is part of the remote-8_2_2_0.pkg
