See here for datasheet for CMR-5975 https://www.comtechefdata.com/datasheets/ds-CMR-5975.pdf

The manual is here https://www.comtechefdata.com/manuals/mn-digicast-pdf/mn-0000032_CMR5975_IOM_r2.pdf (Note 8.2 Mbytes).

The CMR5975 is an L band device with receive input range 950-2150 MHz suitable for connecting to the output of a C band (or Ku band) LNB.   For C band reception you will need a C band LNB and the correct feed system (linear or circular polarisation, correctly adjusted or correctly assembled) for the required satellite downlink.   Most C band LNBs have a mixer local oscillator frequency of 5150 MHz.  On the web interface (e.g. 192.168.21.100/tuner.htm - see example below) you may set the LNB LO frequency and the C band satellite frequency and the modem will tune accordingly.  Alternatively you can directly tune in the L band range, see 1675 MHz in the example.  Set the Spectrum to inverted in the case of the LO being higher than the satellite frequency.

Set the carrier modulation and symbol rate parameters also.

Best regards, Eric.
