Hi,
we recenly have two sites on 512k/128k and it was working for a week and last nite we found both the sites got deactivated. The provider tells that there was no reason on this and they are invetigation. Can anyone advise what can be the possible cause so i know provider is telling the truth?

Not sure what you mean by deactivated.

If the hub staff made changes to the hub software your site IDs might have been deleted or forgotten. That could explain why your two sites were "deactivated".

Did the hub change the outlink carrier size or frequency without your two modems being online and reconfigured in advance ?

Maybe the whole network is down due to some fault at the hub or interference on the satellite.

Are you still your receiving the outlink carrier at both sites ? If not, there may be severe interference on the satellite or the hub has turned the service off.

On the return direction from you to the hub, the hub should look to see if they are still receiving bursts from both of your sites. It only takes slight interference to knock out your return link transmissions - like a mistake by some other VSAT customer.

Please tell us what is the result of the hubs investigation ?

Note that many iDirect service providers are VNOs or "virtual network operators". They don't have staff at the teleport hub site which makes it difficult for them to see the spectrum or to visit the antenna and equipment racks to diagnose faults.
