Is the following correct?

The volume thresholds are based on

Last hour, Last 4 Hours, Last 24 hours, Last week, Last 4 weeks

so for Gold
320MB, 600MB,1800MB,4800MB,12288MB

and none may be exceeded else FAP operates.

I have already looked at your website, is what I put wrong?

The pdf says you cannot exceed the volume thresholds in the sliding time windows.

What are the volume thresholds? (for Gold).

If you ask Europe-Satellite for the current Traffic Volume statistic for your GOLD tariff site they can ask Skylogic and will get an image similar to that below which they can forward by email to you.  Once you have this you will be able to see your current status together with the 1 hour, 4 hours, day, week and 4 week traffic thresholds.

The published pdf GoS document only shows just the 4 week threshold for each of the different tariffs.
