I have the following which was pulled from a working system.

Ku band Single LNB Model No. NJR2744HH
P/N 1024572-0002
S/N 00066187
Has a 3 watt BUC (1025739) and Feed Horn

Also have a LNB Model No. NJR2145J
Also with a Feedhorn and BUC. The tag is faded on the BUC, so I cannot get PN, or SN - but I can provide pics.
