El Molino Systems S.L. Tooway users (ka and Ku) can find information about Tooway traffic usage online.

Hi Fritz,
I thought you didn't like the link to Bentley Walker's Tooway Stats as it was unstable?  Infact you sent me an email advising that I tell my customers not to use it.  Oh well perhaps you have changed your mind?
Anyway please bear in mind that the site has been unstable the last few days, and is still unstable today.  It's a good link but this fact needs to be taken into account.  I will continue to give our customers as much information about their FAP, usage stats and allowances as we operate an open information policy.
Regards and have a very Merry Christmas.
Stephanie

Please note: above posting is a bit out of date (email sent on Sun 15/11/2009) and out of context. Our policy is NOT to publish info about products and/or service until they have been proven to work properly, we believe this is better for us and also for our clients.

It has been much more solid the last few weeks and finally we feel it is time to publish this link to Tooway users (we never give info about products/service if they are not ready, not reliable or not working properly).

We have a clear warning on the page, if server is down to visit later.

In case the Skylogic server is down we also offer an alternative way to get the requested info (24/7), click on the link on the left side of the page and we will send the requested info asap by email.

Besides just publishing the usage info link,  we have also added extra information (how the sliding windows works) for users. This is not always clear and can be difficult to explain but hopefully the information we publish on the "Tooway usage info page" will help to make it a bit clearer.

Because of the upcoming holiday period (we know beforehand), lots of users will exceed limits so now they have a tool to check this online without contacting us

We hope the information we provide is in line with your "open information policy". If there is any relevant information missing please let us know (by email) and we will update our page if this is within our company policy.

Checked the BW site again today and I stand by my previous posting.  You can enter the BWT number and the initial page comes up but when you click on Usage Stats (which is the bit you are really interested in), you get a Page Cannot be Displayed error.  You then have to go back enter the BWT number again and it sometimes works.  Other times it hangs.

I know BW are working on making the site more stable and I hope that it will be up and working 100% of the time very soon.  However for now we have advised our customers it's there and available, (via a link from our own wesbite) but bear in mind it can be a touch unstable.  Our customers can always come directly to us for FAP information and allowances for each Tooway package are also clearly shown on our website.

Once again a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and sorry about the 'S'.

Stephanie

Hi all,

Just to clarify where we are with the usage portal development:

The server has been migrated to a new host and stability issues with the server stability itself appear 99% addressed.

The retrieval of the usage reports is still being monitored and we recommend leaving a brief delay when navigating between site details and retrieval of results.

A new build of the stats software is in development addressing some issues but for the most part the stats are now reliable.

Anyone finding they are unable to retrieve their stats can contact our support team via email/ticket to retrieve the report. We are also encouraging local monitoring of usage, as useful tool for this is Bitmeter https://codebox.org.uk/controller?page=bitmeter2

Hope this helps.

We are continuously looking at improving services further and are currently working on exiciting devlopments in house and in partnership with Skylogic for release early next year.

Best wishes to all customers, partners and agents for the festive season and new year.

Regards,

James - Bentley Walker Ltd
