hi all
i have idirect 3100 modem NB which has problem

the problem is
the modem made restrat be it self its not alowed me to conect to modem via telen-isite and hyper

when i try to conect via consil cable via hyper
its go till i see start falcon ......
and its restrat auto
i can not logon via root
its restart by it self before login showen

If the modem continuously restarts while loading falcon then the options file is corrupt. We should sticky the procedure for recovering the options file as it is posted almost weekly.

i can not make recovery because its restart b4 i login as root

Use the iDirect iNFINITI recovery procedure and use the root password recovery procedure to load the modem. Ignore the part about changing the actual password and then load the options file via cat > falcon.opt. If that does not resolve the issue you may have a bad linux installation. But try the first method then move forward

Agree with the sticky. �I think I have posted that extract 10-15 times not. �Agree with Dot and Matt - Stop Falcon (and stop the rebooting) and use the recovery procedures to recover your unit (basically cat a good opt into the unit). �

i can not stop falcon becasue it make restart before i got log in as root
it restart by it self before login apper
