Hi Guys
I have 1-Pak chassis with Umod and RFM module. I use VSAT utility and Umod M&C software to log in but have some problem as below:

1. Read from RFM using VSAT utility software OK
2. Confirm the connection betwenn RFM and ODU OK
3. Read UMOD Online configuration OK
4. Read RFM/ODU CONFIGURATION using Umod M&C, it displays "E21: Inviald RFM Respons"

Please help to solve it so it is urgent for me.

P/N of Umod is 1017442-0004. As per RFM, I test two RFMs, one is 1014887-0004, the other is 1014887-0007, but read RFM/ODU CONFIGURATION using Umod M&C, it displays " E21: Inviald RFM Respons". Whether Umod and RFM is not compatible or not? Please help.
