Bentley Walker's New Hylas 2 Ka Band Hughes HN and I Direct  Network Operation Centre is ready for service, signal levels are around 70 dB over most of Afghan permitting use of a small dish around 98cms or less, using Right Hand Circular polarisation.

With 2 megasymbol inroutes it will be possible to get up to 4 megabits uploading, and downloading can be up to 45 megabits although the service packages will, on shared bandwidth, offer up to 15 megabits.
