From email today:

I really need help in this,I mistakely load iDirect X1 option file into iDirect 3100,however when i open the iSite program it shows the new ip of the router 3100,the problem now is i cant log in with the password,is there any way to reset the iDirect 3100 to default factory ?

If anyone can help answer this I will forward your email to the person with the problem.
