Title: iDirect NMS server problem

I am facing a critical problem in my TDMA idirect Network, I am using iDirect infinity HUB with S/W version 7.0.7, and I had a hardware failure in my NMS server.

I have another server, and I successfully installed the NMS S/W version 7.0.7 on it, but when I open the iMonitor and iBuilder, I fornd it empty ( there is no remotes or linecards or PP appears)

could anyone please helps me how to make them appear again in the new NMS server?

note:I can access the hard-disk of the failed NMS server, in case id any files needed to be copied from the old faild server to the new server.

I suggest you contact iDirect for tech support.

Can anyone else help please..
