sat tv in Jaco Costa Rica

I just moved here to Jaco and i'm looking to purchase a dish service that provides NFL Sunday ticket, NHL centre ice and all pay per views etc. The dish must be able to function in heavy rain etc.Pirate services are welcome (in fact preferred).
