Gilat SE-II C Libra

I would like to know more about this SE-II C Libra which is designed for hybrid satellite-cellular terminal.
How does this technology differs with other managed hub providers (i.e. iDirect, HNS, etc) can offers. Any insight on this topic would be much appreciated. Thanks
