Satellite Internet Provider for Russia

Looking for a reliable partner company to set up an Internet Satellite service in Russia. I am based in St.Petersburg. Already have a client community supplied by radio telephone service from us for areas where either mobile operators do not cover or clients do not want to spend much money. Would appreciate any advise.
Our company is ready to supply required equipment to existing and new clients to supply them with internet service on the top of telephone service which is already provided.
