Interface with Outlook

I just got my computer back after having the hard drive wiped.  I have re-set-up my Direcway/Outlook.  I can receive email but not send it.  Can someone please help me with the settings so I can send email?

Sending email through Hughes-leased servers now requires authentication. Everything you need to finish setting up your Outlook is here: http://customercare.myhughesnet.com/ . Just scroll down to "How to manually configure your email client".
