Gulf of Finland - two way and one way satellite?

Hi everybody!

I'm looking for providers of one and two way satellite access that cover the Gulf of Finland.

I'm particularly interested in the following products
(i) dedicated two way satellite access with CIR < 64 kbps
(ii) best effort two way satellite access 256+ kbps
(iii) best effort one way satellite access 512+ kbps

Best effort products with reasonable FAP terms and/or large traffic quotas will get priority in bidding.

The sites are non-marine and fixed.
