Linkstar modem help

Ex Member Ex Member	Aug 14^th, 2007 at 12:10pm Hello, We have a problem with a linkstar terminal, the satled does not blink, when investigated we noticed that when the command lmep is entered, theres no software or firmware on the terminal, the terminal had been kept instock for 3-4years, please we would appreciate any assistance you can render.
