idirect boot problem

sb Member ★★ Offline Posts: 31	May 9^th, 2007 at 12:08pm hello, i have a problem with a net modem ll plus, the modem hands when booting, the status remains green and the other lights does not come up. i cannot gain access into the modem this was as a result of loading a corrupt options file. does anyone know the comands to use in recovering the modem
