I want to buy a Portable Spectrum Analyzer with the following  specs:

Condition: Used/ New
Freq: 100-3000 MHz (950-2150 is also fine)
2 or more options for Reso, Span, Ref. Level.
e.g RBW:  100K, 1 MHz, 3 MHZ
LNB power:13/18V, 22 KHz(optional)
Battery Power supported (optional)
Weight: Upto 4 Kg
Cost: Upto 3000 USD
