I just looked around and the only place I was able to find it today is on the StarBand Installer page.

Go to https://training.starband.com and log in with your installer info.

The 360 software is on the page that is displayed after login. I believe the StarBand 360 documentation is part of the download.

If you're looking for a user guide that describes setup and troubleshooting and more, please go to RVNetworking.com and look in the Resources menu, at the bottom and you'll find the Nova version of the StarBand user guide.

If you are interested in a 360 version of the displayed document, please contact me privately.

The model 360E refers to a Spacenet satellite modem.  The 360E does not require software to operate, it is self hosted.  It does take software to configure the modem.  These modems are used with different ISPs on different continents.  The configuration software programs the frequency for receive/transmit.  You don't want to get this software from the wrong source.  You need to contact the ISP to get their latest version.

The 360E is comparable to a starband model 481.  Starband has a one ethernet port and four port ethernet version.  Only modems sold by starband will work on their network as the firmware is custom made for their network.

Thanx for the education.

I didn't realize the 360E was closer to a 48x than a StarBand 360 ... now I do! Wink
