I have a HX50 system in Iraq and having huge trouble aligning with W3a Europe.

I am using a Horizon Meter and have the correct files. I have tried everything and the meter will not logon. I have the meter input plugged into the LMB. I have no other connections to modem etc or back to the meter.
The meter will pick up satellites but not the W3a. I have checked and rechecked the settings a number of times.
Help appreciated.

Hi Adam

I understand you have a gentleman Karar coming round to help , if you are unable to get on W3A please let me know and I will double check the meter file as I have a dish here on W3A , if all else fails we have a second service on W6 but lets see if you can get W3A it should not be a problem , please keep me informed
