Pointing iDirect to Telstar 14

Anyone else having issues getting a lock on this satellite?  We are having a heckuva time even finding it.  I have heard it is a difficult satellite to find, but this is getting ridiculous.  Is G10 or G27 any easier?  Thanks!

Oops, sorry.  I am up in Duluth, Minnesota.

I also forgot to ask, is Satmex 9 available this far north?  I have heard that satellite is really simple to lock onto.
