Are you asking how to rebalance the PPs?  Not sure what you are asking...

To determine balance: Right click the PP in iMonitor and select "Blade Info."  Once it appears in the pane, expand the remotes portion of the tree.  There should be an equal amount of remotes on each blade (or close to it).  If they are not equal then you probably need to rebalance them.  You can also check the utilizations on the boxes themselves to determine whether or not a rebalance is required.

As for commanding the rebalance, you have to grep the dynamic port that the pp_controller resides on.   Once you have it, you can telnet to the localhost (port#) and issue the command to rebalance.  Be advised: There will be a service interruption of 5-6 minutes for certain remotes as they are migrated to other blades.  So, this rebalance accordingly.
