Use the information here: https://www.lyngsat.com/china1.html about the carriers that are present.  Myawady TV is the only carrier listed.  It would help if you could find information about more carriers.

Note coverage in C band is superior for Afghanisan

Note suggested dish sizes.

Note the local oscillator frequency of your LNB and wanted carrier frequency to program into the meter.

I don't know what TV receiver is suitable for Myawady TV or if you need a paid-for viewing card to decode it.

Dish pointing Afghanistan

Best regards, Eric.

Sir ,
I have to track the dish for the following values with Satmeter or IPR-S1000.
The values are    Freq 3930 Ghz, Symbolrate is 10851 , Fec 2/3 and modulation is 8PSK .

But the thing is IPR -S1000  and Horizon Satmeter not supports 8PSK , and I don't have spectrum analyzer with me right now .
So is there any way to track the signal for Chinastar .
Thanks sir

Check if the Horizon HDSM meter has a spectrum mode.

What is the polarisation name of your wanted carrier ?
If you preset the polarisation name and then apply the polarisation adjustment amount, that will help.

Two suggestions:

1. Use the IPR -S1000  and Horizon Satmeter purely as power detectors.  They will give a response but not say "found".  At the same time have your intended 8-PSK receiver connected.   That should lock up on the wanted carrier and display signal quality.

2. Find information about some other large C band carrier which has QPSK modulation.  Set that as the wanted carrier in the meter.  Problem is uncertainty if the carrier information is accurate.  If you find the satellite using some other carrier on the opposite polarisation you will need to turn the feed 90 deg to get back to your wanted carrier.

The Chinastar web site https://chinaorient.com.cn/ does not list any carriers.

Best regards, Eric.
