I just bought a Hughesnet .98m Prodelin system. I didn't get any assembly instructions with it, but after searching the net I think I finally have it put together right. What I need to know is the coax hook up. At the back end of the radio there are two coax jacks labeled AP and IFL. The AP is capped. Then on the outer end near the feed horn there is another coax jack unlabeled.
My question is which goes to sat in and which to sat out on my HN7000?

The one with two coax jacks is the transmitter, connect IFL to modem Sat Out. AP is a test jack (access port). The one at the other end is on the LNB, connect it to modem Sat In
