Hughes DW 6000 and 7000 poor service

We are receiving a LOT of enquiries from dissatisfied and disillusioned users who have Hughes DW6000 and DW 7000 systems. There seem to be several Companies who are giving unsatisfactory service; in response we have a simple upgrade swap to HX DVBS2 and the cost is either free or heavily subsidised by us.
