Modem Access

Hi,

One of the service provider of our site has changed the user login id and holding as hostage. We have piad all the bills and hardware is ours and cannot login. How can we overcome this if we move to a new provider will they be able override the modem.
I am not sure Rlock is there or not!
When is Rlock introduced anyway?
