I need one-way satellite broadband

I need an unlimited One-Way broadband internet service to download so many files with more than 2000 Gigabyte (2 Terabyte) traffic. I’ve never use it for Web browsing.
I mean I want use my ADSL to send links and receive with my DVB card witch is Q-BOX 6920-S2.
I just download files with some download manager software like Internet Download Manager, Internet Download Accelerator, Mega Manager and etc. Usually I download files from direct link or websites like Rapidshare, Megaupload, Deposit, Hotfile and etc.
Please send me your price list if it possible.
My location support these satellite: Eutelsat W3, W6, Hot bird 6-8-9, NSS6 and all satellites that support Middle East.
By the way, I need this service with at least more than 4Mb/Sec; it means transfer rate must be between 300-400 or more. It depends on service’s price.
