Have been trying to use the iSite alignment utility but having great difficulty getting it to give the signal strength.  Understand that there is a bug in the program that is affecting that part of the program.  Was able once out of approx 25 attempts to get the signal strength display, and I inadvertently shut the program down before reaching final peaking goal.
Firewall disabled, and antivirus disabled.  Have tried on two seperate computers, same result.  Was advised by my service provider that iDirect is aware of the issue but to date I have not seen any update.
System is X3, have tried the following versions of software:
9.0.0.7
10.0.1.0
10.0.0.3
Has anyone figured out a workaround?
Thanks

I believe that Vista is not a supported operating system for the iDirect GUI clients. Windows 7 is supported from iDX 2.1 onwards (10.1.x).

What Windows version are you having issues with?
