I don't know any way to reset the modem except via the "System Control Centre" screen, so I suggest trying to get your PC to talk to the modem.  Set the PC NIC to automatic for IP address etc..

The LAN1 port of the remote terminal has a default address of 192.168.0.1; the LAN2 port has a default address of 192.168.1.1.

Type 192.168.0.1 into the address bar on your browser.

If the terminal is in its normal working operational state then use the IP address etc provided to you by your service provider.

Here is a source of detailed instructions: https://www.wafa.ae/source/b/wafahxadvanced.zip

Best regards, Eric.
