I had my system installed on Thursday, the engineer had a problem getting to the activation page... kept trying and after about 10 mins it worked...

He did say he had the same issue the day before... Seems it is an issue they know about...

I'm trying to help someone just south of Valencia. Very good receive signal of 16.2 dB close to the beam peak, beam type 1, but won't open the activation screen.

What is the problems and how to fix it please ?

Best regards, Eric.

Thank you to Europe Satellite (El Molino)...

"Check Skylogic if MAC address is in their database."

A MAC address is something like
00-f3-45-6a-89-ab
probably written on the back of the modem.

Best regards, Eric.
