Mini VSAT solely European coverage

Hi guys, I´m new.
Coming from Holland and active in the Maritime business. At this moment we´re looking to install Mini VSAT antenna´s on vessels solely sailing in the European area.

Can you buy airtime direct from the Satellite owner? Prices lower than $ 1000 per month for unlimited bandwidth is what we´re looking for.
