Just an update for you all:
There was a loss of Tooway service last Thursday for 3-4 hours, not sure what the problem was but it seems to have been sorted. Also had a customer phoned to say he had a further short loss of service the next day, I'm fairly certain however this was due to a software update which takes about 20 mins. We installed two new systems yesterday and we couldn't do the activation until both modems had updated; bit of a pain that! So if any of you do suffer a short loss of service this could be the problem.
