What Spectrum Analyzers should buy?

Dear friends,
i need to buy a Spectrum Analyzer. i am using ku band and i need to measure often up-to 15 GHz.

Can anyone Suggest me what spectrum analyzer is best for me and with most features and cost effective.

i want to buy new one.
