SkyVision hereby recommend Mr. Saad Abdul Jalil, Who is the network
administrator of Netcom Company, Baghdad, Iraq that is one of valuable
customers. Since 2004, Netcom Company had a VSAT earth station of 2.4 meter
antenna connected to our internet via satellite services through PanAmSat
PAS-4 satellite.
Mr. Saad was successfully able to perform the following tasks per our NOC
requests:
1. Antenna alignment to match PAS-4 ku-band carrier and ensure isolation of
other PAS-4 carrier transmission.
2. Configuring downlink carrier frequency into DVB modem.
3. Configuring uplink carrier frequency into SCPC modem.
4. Service activation of 1 Mbps DVB downlink and 256 kbps uplink
connectivity.
5. Fully cooperative, fast response and clearly describes local problems to
NOC team in the ways that NOC team can quickly understand problems and act
to solve them.
