Hi all,

I have been trying to point my dish to Eutelsat W3A for weeks now.  I have a linkstar system (bought from level421) with a 1.2 m dish (Victory - https://www.vicic.com.tw/) and a digisatIII satellte meter.  No matter how we point the dish, the meter is stuck around 30 percent.

I am located in Kinshasa, DR-Congo (Africa), my coordinates are:
4.3492 S
15.2591 E

Calculated angles:
elevation: 79 degrees
azimuth: 298 degrees
skew: -62 defrees

Could you please help me with instructions on how to point the dish?
