DVB Bandwidth in Bangladesh

i am from bangladesh (dhaka) and I want DVB bandwidth. I need CIR 512 Bast 1MB.I want to know about price.DVB Bandwidth have some problem,this bandwidth only download and it need upload and in BD upload price is high. if any one have any sulation 2 way DVB (without VSAT) in low cost plz send me information.
