Dear Friends
Since we are fed up of resellers upon resellers. Can someone help us all with the contact for the hub owner of the idirect service on PAS10 , W3A and PAS1r. These will help us deal with the reseller in Europe exploiting us Africans. All they do is to take the phone and call the actual providers and charge us 500$ extra every month. Also need hub to rent, co-locate or buy. These is our only source of Internet so help make it affordable for our people.
Thanks

i think ICT companies in Africa can come together and setup a hub in one of the stable countries maybe Botswana Namibia or Ghana. we can do this rather than wait for some angel to do it for us. anyone for the idea write me  stichivangani@yahoo.com and we can take this further.

You're asking a very important question, one that each VSAT owner should ask.  We offer c band services to West Africa on Newskies 7.  We own and operate our own Hub as well as teleport it is housed in.  We have a proven track record in West Africa and are based in the US.  If you can provide your site details and network requirements I would be happy to forward you full pricing options.  Don't give us hope, owner are out there and there are some that focus on the services they offer and the helpful support provided.  Best of luck in your searching, I hope to hear back from you soon.
