VOIP & Satellite Internet on Kodiak Island

We need VOIP and high-speed internet connectivity via satellite for a remote residential location on Kodiak Island, AK. Landline phone lines are not available. Satellite TV would also be nice to include from the same provider, but not a priority. Can anyone offer suggestions of companies that can meet our needs?

I have some friends up in AK, they are receiving Dishnetwork TV. I haven't checked internet satellite foot print up there for a long while. I'll contact them and get back to you on what is working up there.
